I know you see the picture and say, WTF? A red keyboard… so what?! Nay. Not so what. I painted this glorious piece of technology myself just the other day using the new Krylon Fusion Paint. It’s really easy to use and it does indeed live up to its reputation/propaganda.
All I had to do was remove all of the electronics from the keyboard housing, clean it with alcohol, and paint. There are some pock marks in the surface though, so I would probably go over the surface with some real fine (600 or so) steel wool next time around.
It looks cool, and the best part is it’s cheaper than buying custom parts for your computer mod project. Next up, red mouse. Stay tuned…
