		<description>&lt;p&gt;There&#039;s a lot to think about. Overall though I think this is a very small niche of people who would be more than marginally effected by such an incident. I can&#039;t imagine that there are many tradesmen who would do an extensive or even cursory online search of a potential employee.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As a group, the online community seems to forget how little the general populace knows or even cares about the happenings of these circles. Of course this is radically changing as kids grow into the work place, but I still don&#039;t think it&#039;s as pervasive to others as it is us....  How many people do you know that have ever been caught &lt;a rel=&quot;nofollow&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;&lt;strong&gt;egosurfing&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt;?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
